Tasks

Tasks in the sidebar — the follow-ups that would otherwise live in someone’s head. Create from Tasks → Create task, or against a lead, customer or contact so the task carries its context. Each task has a title and description, an assignee, a due date, a status and a priority. Filter and sort by any of them; open one to see and edit its detail.
Tasks created from a record are more useful than standalone ones. “Call Ahmed” tells you nothing six days later; the same task attached to the customer carries the conversation and the deal with it.
Task activity can also notify you — see Notifications.

Calendar

Calendar in the sidebar — every scheduled meeting across leads and customers, in one view. Meetings can be:
  • Video — with a Meet link, if Google Calendar is connected
  • Phone
  • In person
Book one from the calendar or from a lead or customer record, where it attaches to that relationship automatically.

Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar pushes CRM meetings to a company calendar, generates Meet links and adds the lead as an attendee.
The sync is one-way. Moving or canceling a meeting inside Google Calendar does not update the CRM — make the change here instead, or the two will disagree and the CRM will be the one that is wrong.

Activities

Activities is badged Soon. Calls, emails and meetings are logged against records in the meantime, and are visible on each record’s timeline.
