Before your first send
Configure an SMTP sender. Without one, mail goes out from a platform default address rather than yours — see Email (SMTP). And set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your sending domain. For one-to-one email you can get away without them; for bulk email you cannot. A domain with none of the three will have a meaningful share of its campaign filtered as spam, regardless of content.Sending
