Connect a WooCommerce store and orders placed there can start an automation here — most
commonly a WhatsApp order confirmation.
Connecting
Install the LinkiaSoft plugin on your store
Nothing arrives until the plugin is installed and active.
Generate a connect code
Integrations → WooCommerce → Connect a store.
Paste it into the plugin
The LinkiaSoft tab in your WooCommerce settings. The store then connects itself.
Generating a New code immediately stops the previous one working. Only do it if the
first code was never used or has leaked.

Once connected:
- Trigger: Order is placed in your store starts an automation.
- Blocks: Create order, Update order and List products let a flow act on the store.

The classic flow is: order placed → send a WhatsApp message with the order details. Ten
minutes to build, and it removes a large share of “where is my order?” messages.
Disconnecting
Orders stop arriving, the API key is removed from the store, and automations using the
order trigger stop running for it. Check which flows depend on that store before
disconnecting.
