The feed

Notifications in the sidebar. Two tabs:
  • Feed — what has happened.
  • Requests — things waiting on you.
Filter by status (all, unread, read) and by category: Leads, Customers, Tasks, Activities. Select several to mark read or delete together.

Choosing what reaches you

Notifications → Settings (or the Configure button). You control it on two axes: So you can have lead activity push to your phone while task updates stay in-app only.

Turning things down

Notification fatigue is the usual complaint, and the fix is almost always the same: keep in-app on for everything, and reserve push and email for the one or two categories you would genuinely act on within the hour. Sound is set separately, per person, under Settings → Notifications — including an option to only play when the tab is visible, which is worth turning on if you keep the CRM open in a background tab.

Sending a notification to your team

Admins can broadcast an in-app notification from Notifications → Send. Useful for announcements that should not be a WhatsApp broadcast to customers.

Not receiving anything?

Push has to be permitted by the browser or device as well as enabled here. Check the device’s own notification settings for the app or site.
Check Settings → Notifications and use the test button. If “only when tab is visible” is on, a background tab is silent by design.
Notification emails go out through your workspace’s mail configuration — see Email (SMTP).
