Choosing between them

Webhooks vs API keys. Webhooks are push — we tell you when something happens. API keys are pull — you ask us for data. Most integrations want webhooks; polling an API on a timer is slower and wastes both sides’ capacity. Odoo vs webhooks. If Odoo is the only place your leads need to reach, the built-in integration is far less work than wiring it yourself. Webhooks are for everything else. Import2 vs CSV import. Import2 is for a one-time migration from another product, including its history. For a spreadsheet of contacts, the CSV import inside Leads and Customers is simpler.

Credentials

Every integration’s secrets — API keys, passwords, refresh tokens — are stored encrypted and are never displayed again after saving. If you lose one, generate a new one at the source rather than looking for it here. Integrations are also per-workspace, not per-user: connecting Google Calendar connects one company account for everybody, not your personal calendar.
