One message to many customers, over WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Before you start

For WhatsApp you need an approved template and an official WhatsApp Business connection. The QR-code connection cannot broadcast.

The wizard

1

Details

Name the broadcast — for you, not the recipients — and choose the channel.
2

Template

Pick an approved template. Its variables determine what the next steps ask for.
3

Recipients

Choose from your customers, or upload a spreadsheet.
4

Variables

Map each {{1}}, {{2}} to a spreadsheet column or a fixed value. This is where personalization happens.
5

Review and send

Send now or schedule. Check the preview — it shows a real recipient’s row with the variables filled in.

Variable mapping

If your template says:
then upload a sheet with a column per variable and map them. Get the order wrong and every message goes out wrong, which is why the preview step exists.
Check the preview against a real row, not a made-up one. Broadcasts cannot be recalled once delivered — pausing stops what has not gone yet, not what has.

While it is running

Broadcasts do not send instantly; they are paced to respect provider limits. You can pause, resume or cancel mid-flight. The recipient table shows per-person status — queued, sent, delivered, read, failed — and Retry failed re-sends only the failures, so a temporary provider problem does not mean starting over.

Why messages fail

The number has no WhatsApp account. Nothing to fix; clean the list.
Numbers need the country code and no spaces or dashes. +20 100 123 4567 should be 201001234567.
You have hit your messaging tier limit. Verifying your business with Meta raises it — see WhatsApp Business.
A template’s approval can be withdrawn after repeated user blocks or reports. Check its status under Templates.

Keeping quality up

Every broadcast is measured by Meta through blocks and reports. Message people who expect to hear from you, keep Marketing genuinely relevant, and do not re-send to people who never respond. A poor quality rating cuts how many messages you may send per day, and it is much easier to protect than to recover.
