# Google Calendar and Meet

> Connecting one company Google account so CRM meetings appear on a calendar with Meet links.

Meetings booked in the CRM are added to a Google Calendar, with a Meet link created
automatically and the lead added as an attendee.

## Connecting

**Integrations → Google Calendar → Connect Google**, then sign in and grant access.

  This connects **one company account for the entire workspace**, not each person's own
  calendar. Use a shared or team account — connecting a personal one means every meeting the
  company books lands on that individual's calendar, and it breaks when they leave.

## What syncs

* Meetings created in the CRM are added to the connected calendar.
* A Google Meet link is generated.
* The lead is added as an attendee.

**The sync is one-way.** The CRM pushes to Google; changes made in Google Calendar are not
read back. Move a meeting in Google and the CRM will not know.

## "Reconnect needed"

Google revokes access periodically — a password change, a security review, or a token that
simply expired. The integration shows **Reconnect needed** and stops adding meetings.

Press **Reconnect** and sign in again. Nothing already on the calendar is affected.

It is worth checking this status occasionally rather than discovering it through a meeting
that never appeared.

## Disconnecting

**Disconnect** stops new meetings syncing. Events already on Google Calendar are left
untouched — disconnecting does not clean up after itself, which is usually what you want.

New meetings stay in the CRM only, with no invites or Meet links.

## "Google OAuth is not configured on this server"

A server-level configuration is missing, not something you can fix from this screen. Your
system administrator needs to set the Google client credentials.
